Allergen Information

All our products are prepared and made in our butchery. Our first choice is always to use New Zealand born and raised meat products. 

We have a range of preservative free and gluten free sausages. 

Our Beef and Stout Sausage has gluten in it. (This is due to the Gluten in the Stout). All our other fresh sausages are gluten free. 

We use our own recipes for our sausages.  We smoke and cure our own bacon, hams and salami.  

Nitrate free bacon and ham is available.

If you have any special dietary requirements, please talk to Terry, and find out what he can craft especially for you.

We have Ingredient and allergen lists for all products made in store, and we are more than happy to show them to you.
